Payroll Tax Specialist
Position Summary
The Payroll Tax Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our Greenshades Online Tax Services clients. This role will manage taxes for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll tax filings, compliance, and payments. The Payroll Tax Specialist will proactively provide guidance, troubleshooting, and training, ensuring client satisfaction and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Satisfaction
Deliver excellent customer service via email, phone, and live chat, managing Tax Services clients. Act as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Tax Filing & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax filings and payments for assigned clients, adhering to deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Client Success
Collaborate with clients to align your work schedule with their payroll schedules, deadlines, and business hours to ensure maximum service efficiency.
Collaboration & Other Duties
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues as necessary. Perform any additional tasks as requested by your supervisor to support the overall success of the Tax Services team.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
Experience in customer service and client relations.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in Greenshades or similar payroll tax platforms is a plus.
